Aroma AGS-03 Folding Guitar Stand

Aroma AGS-03 Folding Guitar Stand

The Aroma AGS-03 is a compact, ultra-portable folding guitar stand engineered for musicians who demand reliable instrument support without sacrificing portability. Designed to accommodate acoustic, electric, and acoustic-bass guitars, the AGS-03 collapses to a slim profile that fits directly into the front pocket of most standard guitar gig bags — making it an essential stage and practice accessory.

Structural Design & Stability

The AGS-03 uses an A-frame tripod base geometry that distributes the instrument's weight evenly across three contact points, minimising the risk of tip-over on uneven stage surfaces. The yoke arms are spring-tensioned to self-adjust to the guitar's body width, providing a secure cradle fit for both narrow-waisted electric bodies and wider acoustic dreadnought bodies.

Finish-Safe Contact Materials

All surfaces that contact the guitar — including the yoke arms and base cradle — are lined with silicone rubber padding. Silicone is chemically inert and does not react with nitrocellulose lacquer, polyurethane, or polyester guitar finishes, preventing the chemical staining and softening that can occur with standard foam or rubber padding over prolonged contact.

Portability & Storage

The AGS-03's primary design advantage is its fold-flat profile. When collapsed, the stand reduces to a slim, flat form factor that slides into the front accessory pocket of most guitar gig bags and cases. This eliminates the need to carry a separate stand bag and makes it practical for gigging musicians, session players, and students who travel frequently.
